The 2016 Ford Everest is announced as one the most advanced midsize SUV vehicles with low fuel consumption and huge reliability. Fans and potential customers therefore expect a lot from this crossover and we hope Ford won’t let us all down. The 2016 Everest will be similar to its predecessor and it will be based on Ford Ranger. However, there is one huge drawback. Ford planned to release Everest only on East-Asian and Australian market. It is most likely that it won’t be offered in Europe and North America. Nevertheless, Ford put a lot of effort in designing new Ford Everest 2016 and you won’t be disappointed with its review. After reading all pros and cons please leave us your opinion in a comment below.
2016 Ford Everest review
Modern outlook, with LED headlights and LED taillights, is one of the best in the class. On the front fascia there is standard trapezoidal grille with foglights installed in the front bumper. The new Ford Everest 2016 can accommodate seven passengers and still to be convenient for every one of them. Inside there are lots of high-tech features such as Wi-Fi hotspot, climate control, improved satellite navigation, heated front seats, voice command system, etc. Now it is easier to park it with rear and front cameras accompanied with special parking sensors. All in all, if you are looking for spacious and convenient midsize SUV, the 2016 Ford Everest will be right choice for you.
Ford Everest 2016 specs, engine
One of the greatest advantages of the new Ford Everest 2016 is three engine choices. Apart from one petrol engine, two diesel engines will be offered, as well. Standard engine is 2.0-liter EcoBoost four-cylinder. It comes with six-gear automatic transmission. Second option is 2.2-liter four-cylinder with way less power but with great fuel efficiency. Third choice is the most powerful 3.2-liter Duratorq five-cylinder will meet demands of the customers who only care about torque and power. However, we cannot provide exact power and torque figures due to lack of information from Ford. Both diesel engines will have six-speed manual and six-speed automatic transmission which is up to a driver to choose during the ride.
2016 Ford Everest release date and price
The new Ford Everest 2016 will be launched in the second half of 2015, but unfortunately not on US and European market. There were no major transformations therefore the price should not be significantly higher than current Everest, and it should be in the range of the competence. For 2016 Ford Everest you would probably need to spend $45,000 for the base model which is reasonable price considering all features that comes with it.
